아울러, 이미 제작이 완료된 콘셉트 포토와 뮤직비디오에 대해서는 여러분의 너른 양해를 부탁드리고자 합니다. 관련하여 다양한 방안을 고민하고 검토하였으나, 당사가 통제하기 어려운 여러 제반 사정으로 인해 현시점에서 해당 콘텐츠를 재촬영하거나 교체하는 것은 현실적으로 어려운 상황입니다. 이러한 상황이 여러분께서 제기해 주신 우려의 중요성을 덜어내는 것은 아니며, 이를 이유로 해당 의견을 가볍게 여기거나 외면하려는 것 또한 아님을 말씀드립니다. 이미 제작이 완료된 콘텐츠의 변경에 현실적인 제약이 있는 점에 대해 너른 이해를 부탁드립니다.

We would like to address the concerns raised regarding the artist’s hairstyle featured in the recent promotional content.

First and foremost, we sincerely appreciate everyone who took the time to share their thoughts and concerns with us. We want to assure you that the comments and concerns expressed by the audience have been carefully reviewed and communicated within the company.

We understand that hairstyles such as cornrows carry important cultural and historical significance, and we recognize why the styling used in the promotional content caused concern and discomfort for the audience. It was never our intention to disrespect, appropriate, or diminish the cultural meaning associated with this hairstyle.

Through this experience, we have learned the importance of approaching styling and creative decisions with greater cultural awareness and consideration. We take the concerns raised by the audience seriously and will use what we have learned to be more thoughtful and responsible in our decision-making moving forward.

At the same time, we would like to ask for your understanding regarding the concept photos and music video that have already been produced. We have tried to explore various options but we are unfortunately unable to reshoot or replace these materials at this stage due to various factors outside of our control. We understand that this does not take away from the concerns that have been raised, and we do not wish for this circumstance to be seen as dismissing them. We sincerely hope for your understanding regarding the limitations surrounding the already completed content.

Most importantly, we would like to express that the concerns and worries shared by our audience have been heard. This experience has given us an opportunity to reflect on areas where we need to be more attentive, and we will take what we have learned into consideration when planning future concepts, styling, and promotional content.
